Tom Healy

Tom Healy, Senior Strategy Advisor, joined LakeStream in February 2026 and supports LakeStream’s fund-related and O-COO services. Tom brings over 35 years’ experience in the asset and wealth management industry, has served as CEO and COO on both the buy and sell sides, developing a robust skill set across traditional assets, hedge funds and private markets. He brings global expertise, having practiced in Ireland, the U.S.A., Bermuda, the U.K., Luxembourg, and Switzerland, and has served as a board member for both institutional and boutique investment firms and funds.

This background has given him extensive experience in legal, finance, governance, risk and compliance for investment funds, as well as being the lead on a number of M&A transactions. Personable, and results driven, Tom combines entrepreneurial leadership with deep operational and governance expertise to enhance scalability, control, and client outcomes across alternative and traditional investment platforms. Tom is a Fellow member of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
